In this customer-focused role, you'll respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with warm leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

This is a full-time position with a structured, rotating schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Two evenings per week: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays (typically two per month)
  • No Sundays!

Our BDC team is the first point of contact for customers. You set the tone for the entire experience by responding quickly, building trust, and helping customers take the next step.

Your ability to connect with customers directly impacts showroom traffic, sales performance, and the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with customers to keep conversations moving
  • Track and manage activity in our CRM system
