    Are you ready to start your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment? AIU is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team! We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sharp attention to detail. No prior experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right candidate!

    What You’ll Do:
    In this role, you will be an essential part of our policy service department. Your daily responsibilities will include:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to policy servicing, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes with accuracy and professionalism.
    • Review, process, and update policy documentation while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide clear, timely resolutions to customer issues by researching policy details and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and policy transactions in the company systems.
    • Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and consistently meeting service-level standards.
    • Support continuous process improvement by identifying common customer pain points and sharing feedback with the Policy Servicing team.
