Job description

Order Management — Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.

Customer Communication — Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.

RMA & Warranty Coordination — Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.

Issue Resolution — Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
