Customer Service Representative

Location: Lafayette, LA Salary: $42,000.00 per year Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Your Mom Says You're Great with People. Prove Her Right in Inside Sales. What You'll Actually Do You'll talk with customers, back up the sales team, and keep orders from getting stuck. This Role Is a Good Fit If You Previous experience in sales support, data entry, or customer service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Strong multi-tasking abilities Excellent communication skills Preferred (but not required): Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field, plus experience in customer support or a similar role.

Job Duties: Manage data entry and process customer sales orders accurately Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and support Provide administrative support to help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction Coordinate closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, and services Prepare sales quotes, proposals, presentations, and related documentation Monitor and track order statuses to ensure timely fulfillment and customer updates Maintain accurate customer records and sales information within company systems Support daily sales and office operations as needed Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
