What You'll Do
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll help ensure seamless communication between customers, technicians, and administrative staff by:
- Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally
- Processing vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Entering and maintaining accurate customer, billing, and repair information
- Assisting with invoicing and billing functions
- Coordinating paperwork and documentation throughout the repair process
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of office or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CCC ONE
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Automotive, trucking, collision repair, or service industry knowledge
