This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $20 and follows regular business hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The candidate must work on-site at our central office. Customer Service Representative: Respond to inbound calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions. Build rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships. Assist with administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations.
