Job description:

Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic and Air Conditioning is a renowned service company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, reliable, customer service oriented and detail- oriented plumbing focused/customer service representative. The individual will answer phones, schedule incoming appointments and provide excellent customer care. Must work well with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner • Preforms out-bound calls to confirm customer appointments- must have experience in the plumbing industry septic experience a plus but not required
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working for a plumbing or septic company in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
