- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and account information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Proactively manage the order?to?cash process from order entry through invoicing
- Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues using strong problem?solving and communication skills
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and customer management systems
QualificationsEducation:- Minimum of a High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional or operational environment
Skills & Knowledge:- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic SAP knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively across teams
Interview Process- Initial virtual interview, followed by an in?person interview
