• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support primarily via phone
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and account information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
• Proactively manage the order?to?cash process from order entry through invoicing
• Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
• Resolve issues using strong problem?solving and communication skills
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and customer management systems

QualificationsEducation:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional or operational environment

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Basic SAP knowledge preferred but not required
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively across teams

Interview Process
