Customer Service Representative – Immediate Hiring

At EMS, we “Contact Center” differently. We support our customers and clients every step of the way and provide an excellent customer service experience.

 

Responsibilities:

The Position:

 

Come be a part of an exciting and growing team! Agents will provide excellent service and assist inbound callers. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities.

 

Positions start at $18/hr.

Must have schedule availability for 3:00pm-Midnight (5 days/week) Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

In Office Position (Location: 120th & Maple Area)

Qualifications:

You Will Need:

• Above average customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and co-workers
• Friendly and energetic attitude
• Computer knowledge and Internet skills
• Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/tabs
• Quick learner with ability work independently
• Ability to work both as an individual and as a team member
• 3:00pm-Midnight Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule required
• Ability to work in office (Location: 120th & Maple area)

 

Nice to Have:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office
• Previous call center experience preferred
