Responsibilities for a Field Action Operations Associate - Customer Care II include but are not limited to:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Research, verify, and maintain customer contact information and Field Action documentation records.
Prepare, assemble, stuff, label, and ship customer notification packages and related materials.
Pull ERP reports, organize customer and product data, track customer responses, and support product return activities including RMAs.
Candidates for Field Action Operations Associate - Customer Care II must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to research customer information, manage documentation, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ERP system experience and experience in a regulated industry are preferred.

Pay Details: $25.82 per hour
