Description

Title: Customer Service Representative I –Pool Core Return Coordinator
Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM
 
Summary:
Responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and expediting flow of the core returns for Pool USA to ensure a smooth production operation and customer satisfaction. Proactively anticipate, resolve problems, and create conditions to support needs while achieving the target service rate requested;Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills along with proficient Helicopter Engines processes knowledge to propose process change and improvement initiatives as well as customized solutions for customer needs.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist the front office CRC to coordinate core returns using the pickup service
•Work with RAR and KAM to contact, inform, and remind customers of their duties
•Ensure compliance with requirements of commercial policy relating to the return of property
•Maintain a positive working relationship with all internal and external customers
•Coordinate shipments of core returns to the appropriate site
•Help identify and clear Y4 anomalies upon reception from the customer
•Manage all inductions at different sites depending on need, launching the appropriate work orders, and ensure all documentations is shared
•Manage and maintain metrics illustrating progress of core returns
•Manage and maintain metrics illustrating progress of Y4
•Ensure appropriate databases (SAP, OPX, PAARIS) are accurate and up to date
•Aid in problem solving/timeline specifications for transactions needing clarity
•Backup of CWB Coordinator and Asset Management Specialist
•Support projects improving the accuracy of the stock in the different IT systems
•Support initiatives to improve the efficiency within the Department and between departments
•Propose idea and improvement project
 
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent: and/or one to two years of related experience and/or training;or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel (pivots and charts) and PowerPoint
•Good organizational skills as well as personal, email and phone communication skills.
•Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
•Excellent oral and written communication skills;strong problem-solving skills;effective leadership skills;ability to recommend suggestions and make sound business decisions.

•Flexibility and multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
 
Physical Requirements:
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to walk;sit and talk or hear.
•The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
•The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
