Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Coordinates core returns using pickup service and ensures compliance with commercial policy for property returns.
Launches appropriate work orders and ensures all documentation is shared for core return processing.
Identifies and clears Y4 anomalies upon reception from the customer.
Manages and maintains metrics illustrating progress of core returns and Y4 anomalies.
Maintains and updates databases including SAP, OPX, and PAARIS for accuracy and current status.
Aids in problem solving and timeline specifications for transactions needing clarity.
Supports projects improving accuracy of stock in different IT systems.
Uses Microsoft Office including Excel (pivots, charts) for reporting and analysis.
Supports initiatives to improve efficiency within and between departments.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP for database management and transaction processing.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel with pivots and charts, PowerPoint).
Experience coordinating shipments and managing logistics for core returns.
Experience managing and maintaining metrics using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Experience with anomaly identification and resolution (Y4 anomalies).
Ability to maintain accurate records in multiple IT systems.
Strong problem-solving skills for transaction clarity and process improvement.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in an environment with occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
