Are you a calm, organized communicator who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly?
We’re a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
This is more than just answering phones. You’ll be the first impression for our customers and play an important role in keeping our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently.
You’ll work closely with our office team and field technicians to ensure customers receive fast, professional service.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound service calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and expectations
- Enter accurate customer information and job notes in our system
- Coordinate appointment confirmations and rescheduling when needed
- Assist customers with maintenance plans and membership scheduling
- Support technicians and office staff with basic customer communication
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly during busy seasons
