Be comfortable answering customer calls and resolving inquiries effectively. Be comfortable managing customer inquiries via chat with professionalism. Be comfortable responding to customer emails with clear timely communication. Be comfortable aiming to resolve customer issues in the fewest interactions. Be comfortable running reports to identify and process orders on hold. Be comfortable demonstrating customer service skills in handling complaints. Be comfortable following company policies procedures and customer relations guidelines. Be comfortable maintaining a positive professional attitude in all interactions.This is a full time Contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have 2 years of meaningful customer-facing experience customer service retail etc.. Written and verbal communication across all levels. High standards of conduct and reliability. 1 years of proficiency in Teams and Outlook. Handle a fast-paced call center environment and multitask effectively.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Self-motivated willing to take on more responsibilities.
