Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: 12:30PM-9:00PM
Location: On-site in Hudson, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $43,000 - $44,700 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing outstanding support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, billing questions, and account support
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and a seamless experience
- Develop expertise in company products, services, and policies to provide informed and reliable support
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience working in a call center preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
