We are supporting our client on a search for a Customer Service Representative who will be the friendly, capable voice customers hear when they need help. This is a launchpad seat with real career growth into customer success, operations, or training.
You will be in-office five days per week in Houston. We are intentionally open to recent grads and folks coming from retail, hospitality, or call centers who want a stable seat with a path forward.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues with empathy and a clear process
- Document interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex issues to the right teams
- Hit service-level and customer-satisfaction targets
- Suggest improvements to FAQs and help content
- Coordinate with billing, shipping, and operations
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience
- Warm communication style and patience
- Comfort with computers and CRM tools
- Reliability and strong attendance
- In-office presence five days per week in Houston
- High school diploma or equivalent
