We are supporting our client on a search for a Customer Service Representative who will be the friendly, capable voice customers hear when they need help. This is a launchpad seat with real career growth into customer success, operations, or training.

You will be in-office five days per week in Houston. We are intentionally open to recent grads and folks coming from retail, hospitality, or call centers who want a stable seat with a path forward.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues with empathy and a clear process
  • Document interactions in the CRM
  • Escalate complex issues to the right teams
  • Hit service-level and customer-satisfaction targets
  • Suggest improvements to FAQs and help content
  • Coordinate with billing, shipping, and operations

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience
  • Warm communication style and patience
  • Comfort with computers and CRM tools
  • Reliability and strong attendance
  • In-office presence five days per week in Houston
  • High school diploma or equivalent
