In this position, your main responsibilities include delivering responsive customer service and technical support to both domestic and international clients. You will coordinate with internal teams to facilitate order processing, shipment coordination, RMAs, and returns, while ensuring data accuracy within Data Works. Additional tasks may include participating in special projects, offering diverse and engaging work.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher with good accuracy
Reliable transportation required
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while providing excellent customer support
Training Schedule:
Week 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weeks 2–3: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Week 4: Transition to normal schedule
