Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $11–$13/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Explain company policies and payment options clearly
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain customer files and ensure documentation is accurate
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist with daily office operations and support team members as needed

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• Starting Pay: $11–$13 per hour, based on experience
