Customer Service Representative

Daily Duties Answer customer calls and respond to emails regarding orders, quotes, and general inquiries. The first several months will focus on training, learning company products, and becoming familiar with internal processes.

Delta Workforce is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Holly Springs, MS! We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable company offering excellent benefits. The first several months will focus on training, learning company products, and becoming familiar with internal processes. Daily Duties Answer customer calls and respond to emails regarding orders, quotes, and general inquiries. Follow up with customers on open quotes, orders, and account questions. Process orders, invoices, and quotes using Microsoft Dynamics. Coordinate with the Michigan office on customer orders and shipping. Provide friendly, professional customer service while learning company products and procedures. Hours & Pay Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Up to $38,000 per year Direct Hire Excellent Benefits Package Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service or office experience, strong communication skills, reliable attendance, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
