We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our animal care team.
Responsibilities include greeting clients and pets, scheduling appointments, answering calls and emails, check-in/out procedures, handling payments, maintaining records, coordinating prescriptions, and providing compassionate support during difficult times.
Qualifications include prior experience in a veterinary or customer service role, strong communication skills, proficiency with computer software, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a passion for animals. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays is required.
