Customer Service Representative - Hazardous Waste Processing

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to hazardous waste processing services
  • Coordinate order entry, scheduling, and documentation to ensure timely and compliant service delivery
  • Prepare and review shipping papers, manifests, and regulatory documentation with a focus on accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows
  • Maintain detailed records and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support customers professionally and clearly
  • Working knowledge of safety, environmental, or regulatory processes with a commitment to compliance
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage documentation and data accurately
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems (ERP/CRM tools, Microsoft Office) to manage customer transactions
