    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVELOCATION

    COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
    • $20–$22 per hour
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime
    • Employment type: Full-Time

    ROLE IMPACT
    Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and research laboratories purchasing biomedical test equipment. Ensure accurate order processing, responsive customer communication, and smooth coordination across customers, sales, and operations. Success is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Process quotes, sales orders, service requests, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and invoices using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
    • Coordinate customer quotes, biomedical equipment orders, follow-ups, parts purchasing, and vendor shipment tracking.
    • Provide order status, shipping confirmations, and service progress updates; answer basic equipment-use questions and escalate advanced technical issues to service engineers.
    • Receive returned equipment and coordinate boxing and outbound shipping.
    • Maintain accurate documentation to support ISO compliance and internal quality standards.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2–5 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
    • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems for order entry, tracking, and documentation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clinicians, biomedical technicians, and procurement teams.
