GIC Car Clinic is looking for a friendly, dependable, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our front-office team.

You do not need automotive experience, and you do not need to have worked as a Service Advisor before.

What matters most to us is that you are good with people, positive, professional, eager to learn, and someone customers will genuinely enjoy working with.

We can teach you our systems, our processes, and the automotive side of the business.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to start in customer service, learn how a successful automotive front office operates, take on more responsibility over time, and potentially grow into an Automotive Service Advisor position.

What You’ll Do

You will work alongside our Service Advisors and help keep the front office organized, responsive, and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule customer appointments
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out
• Help with customer updates and follow-up
• Support Service Advisors with day-to-day front-office needs
• Learn our computer systems and customer-service processes
• Keep customer information and daily tasks organized
• Assist with administrative and front-office duties as needed
• Help the team stay organized during busy periods
• Learn additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

This is an assistant and training role, so we do not expect you to know everything on day one.

We are looking for someone who is capable, willing to learn, and excited to become more valuable to the team over time.

Automotive experience is not required.

Customer service experience is helpful, but we are also willing to consider someone coming from retail, hospitality, restaurants, reception, front-desk work, call centers, or another customer-facing position who has the right personality and wants to build a career.

Sales experience is also not required. Those skills can be developed as you grow toward a Service Advisor position.
