What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while helping strengthen customer relationships and improve retention.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage updates.
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the right protection for their changing needs.
- Educate clients on policy options, available discounts, and coverage enhancements.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support customer retention by delivering an outstanding service experience.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen accounts through appropriate coverage recommendations and cross-selling when it benefits the client
- Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.
- Work closely with agency team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum of 6 months of insurance agency or insurance customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using agency management systems and computer software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to encourage and prioritize client retention
