Call Center - Customer Service Representative (Full Time) Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and provide a fast, accurate and friendly experience for all external and internal customer inquiries.

Job Duties: - Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls as well as email inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Provide price quotes on products or order totals and upsell other merchandise whenever possible.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide knowledgeable solutions.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Use available websites, product manuals, and our intranet to provide detailed information on products, pricing, sand hipping information to each customer.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems and creates credit memos for customer returns.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints. Escalate issues as needed to management.
- Give full attention to what others are saying (customers and co-workers), taking time to understand the information, ask appropriate questions and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays.
- Any and all other duties assigned by management
Qualifications for the position: - High school diploma or GED
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Strong dependability, self-control, and integrity
- Excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers' needs.
- Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills
Additional Notes - This is an office environment position, with no work-from-home opportunities
- Shift hours will differ depending on the shift you are hired for
- No matter the shift, you will be required at some point to work on Saturday
