Searching for an individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as the company receptionist answering all inbound calls and all program related customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound telephone calls from clients, employees of clients, vendors and internal team members.
- Managing email responses for multiple client’s customer service inquiries.
- Making outbound telephone calls to clients providing status updates.
- Responsibilities include assistance to salespersons and Program Managers with customer callbacks, processing/tracking/researching orders.
- Provide system notes detailing client calls for Program Management visibility.
- Professionally communicate promptly with customers by telephone, email or in person.
- Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all work, and providing in a timely manner.
- Process all incoming and outgoing office mail
Must be or have the:
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work will in a team environment
- Ability to balance speed and accuracy
Must have high school diploma and 1 year experience in customer service
