ââInternational Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative - is responsible for supporting the International and Domestic Marketing companies to ensure timely order entry and fulfillment. They serve as the link between the warehouse operations and Marketing Companies.â
Tasks and Responsibilities:
ââResponsible for all correspondence, quotations, placement of orders, credit memos, and customer service to our International Marketing Companies.
- âReview customers purchase orders for any deviation from quote and follow-up accordingly.
- âClaim management (Returns)
- âShould be familiar with ITAR rules and regulations.
- âSupport our domestic Marketing Companies to resolve issues within the order fulfillment process from our Logistics Center.
- âExpediting shipments to support on time delivery.
- âDevelop, manage, and process export shipping documentation (NAFTA, SLI, SED,…..) and coordinate with shipping department to ensure proper delivery of orders.
- âSpecial Projects as needed
- âReview/up-date customer files to ensure that proper certs, test reports, etc. are included.
- âResponsible for OTD to all International Marketing Companies.
- âOther duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- ââHigh school diploma or GED required. Associates or higher in Business Administration or relevant degree preferred.
- âMinimum 3 years experience in customer service and international shipping is preferred.
Competencies:
- ââAble to work in a fast paced environment.
- âMust be highly organized.
- âHigh level of accuracy.
- âExcellent problem solving, and strong communication skills.
- âProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- âJD Edwards experience advantageous
- âOnly U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. will be considered for this position.

Travel:
ââThe Customer Service Representative position is a local on-site position.
- âLimited domestic travel requirements less than 5% per year.
