Shift: 1st shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Location: Fort Collins
Job Duties
- Responsible for primary contact with the companys consumer inquiries, which include email, phone, chat, and written correspondence
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Maintains a high level of customer support by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service at all times
- Provide product knowledge and technical support
- Achieves and maintains customer service levels and KPI goals
