About the Role

We are seeking customer-focused individuals with an interest in travel to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, support the booking process, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours and access to ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and general support
  • Guide clients through the booking process for vacations, cruises, and other travel services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Stay up to date with training, travel information, and supplier updates
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and online tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel is a plus but not required
