Customer Service Representative 

Location: Fife, WA (Onsite)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Max Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fife, WA.

In this role, you will assist customers, business partners, and drivers by phone and email, resolve service-related issues, monitor delivery routes, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Identify, assess, and resolve customer issues.

• Monitor the progress of delivery routes.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

• Process changes and cancellations to delivery orders.

• Maintain excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
