Customer Service Representative (CSR)

What You'll Do

As a CSR, you're often the first and last person our customers interact with, so you'll play a big role in creating a great experience.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers with a smile and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and help keep traffic moving smoothly.

• Educate customers about our wash options, services, unlimited wash memberships, and current promotions in a friendly, helpful way.

• Earn commission on membership and promotional sales.

• Keep the location looking its best by working with your team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Follow all safety procedures to help keep customers and team members safe.

• Jump in wherever you're needed and work as a team to keep the day running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who bring great energy to the team and genuinely enjoy helping others.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Are comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations

• Can work outdoors year-round in changing weather conditions-we provide weather gear to help keep you comfortable

• Have the physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, stretch, pivot, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, or both

• Are 18 years of age or older

• Have retail or sales experience (helpful, but not required!)

Scheduling

Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week

Part-Time: 15-30 hours per week

Weekend availability is required.

Earn Commission

Our sales approach is simple: inform, don't pressure. Help customers find the wash or membership that's right for them and earn commission along the way.
