$40,000 – $50,000 per year
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers and help make their service experience easy and positive.
Greet and assist customers by phone and in person
Schedule auto glass and car care services
Answer questions and explain service options and pricing
Assist with insurance information and documentation
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Follow up with customers and manage appointments
Identify additional vehicle-service needs
Recommend services such as window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass
Maintain accurate customer records
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Work with customers and team members to provide excellent service

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or office experience is a plus — but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.
