We are a rapidly growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising company hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for immediate start dates.
No experience required! If you're outgoing, motivated, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the paid training, coaching, and hands-on experience you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns at live events and community outreach programs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, and community members
- Answer questions and clearly communicate campaign and nonprofit information
- Build positive relationships with customers and supporters
- Assist with event setup, promotions, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Work with a team to achieve daily event and campaign goals
