Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Barton Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a great logistics company in Aurora, IL! We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent service while supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow established customer service standard operating procedures.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and fax.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Document customer inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Research and evaluate information to address product and service inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines and timeframes.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and outstanding issues.
- Assist with warehouse operations during peak periods, including:
- Parcel packing
- Parcel manifesting and packing slips
- Bill of Lading (BOL) invoicing
- Cycle count data entry
