Customer Service Representative
Location: Elkhorn, WI
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and email, providing timely and professional support.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with order status updates and shipment tracking information.
- Coordinate with the production team to communicate shipping timelines and updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with order entry required.
