Piper Companies is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Raleigh-Durham area. The Customer Service Representative will join a life insurance and annuities company that provides simple and secure retirement and annuity solutions. The Customer Service Representative will need to sit on site in the Raleigh-Durham area 3 days a week from 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

  • Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
  • Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
  • Clearly explain contract benefits and provide clear and helpful guidance on products and packages.
  • Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes
  • Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative

  • Bachelor''s Degree Required
  • Ability to pass call center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative

  • $20-23 Hourly Pay
