Salary Range: $31000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm welcome and efficient assistance.
Answer questions about policies, billing, and other service-related inquiries with clarity and patience.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications accurately.
Assist with claims inquiries, guiding clients through the initial steps.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in our system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a definite plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
A genuine desire to help people.
