These transactions can include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, and cash advances. This service-oriented role also handles ATMs, and assists customers with stop payment orders, debit cards, and online banking issues. Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer with accuracy is critical to this position.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCash handling experience requiredCustomer service experience preferredAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalismMaintain confidentialityExcellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle people with tact, poise, and courtesyDemonstrate integrity, being a team player, and respectful to customers and co-workersMust be able to lift 50 lbsWork Schedule:This is a full-time hourly position requiring 40 hours a week between Monday and Saturday. Hours can range from 7:15 am to 5:00 pm with Saturday rotations.
