Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, and general service requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer protection through household bundling and additional coverage recommendations.
  • Retain existing clients by delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
  • Process policy endorsements and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and return customer messages in a timely manner.
  • Verify and update customer contact information during each interaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, company procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and support agency goals.
  • Follow up with clients regarding renewals, coverage updates, and account servicing needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Help contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented office environment.

Requirements
  • Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License required
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
