As a Customer Service Representative, you will support internal and external customers by managing orders, resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and production teams, and providing knowledgeable, professional service throughout the customer experience.

Monday - Friday| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No rotating shifts or weekends

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred
3+ years of industrial customer service experience working with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams required
Proficiency with Great Plains ERP or a similar ERP system required
Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
Professional demeanor and excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and data entry skills
General knowledge of sales and manufacturing office functions
Ability to identify issues, make decisions, and resolve problems effectively
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding project status, orders, services, billing, and other related issues
Answer phones promptly and courteously and process authorized customer orders, changes, and returns according to established policies and procedures
Provide customers with information regarding service options, charges, billing, and contract parameters
Maintain accurate physical and electronic customer files, profiles, pricing information, phone lists, purchase order records, and quote logs
Work closely with production teams and external vendors to communicate customer requirements, guidelines, and production schedules
Partner with the Sales team to process new part number and quote requests, complete forecasts, identify prospects, and communicate customer issues
Respond professionally to inquiries regarding service changes, order status, disputes, billing questions, cancellations, product information, and prospect requests
Prepare and enter paperwork for the shipping department and Site/Plant Manager and generate daily customer invoices
Coordinate with production to maximize scheduling and support on-time deliveries
Manage assigned customer inventories, including reviewing stock levels and placing orders and shipments
Work directly with Account Managers and Technical Centers regarding pricing updates, order information, and customer issues
Ensure customer concerns are clearly understood and communicate resolutions effectively
Partner with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items and investigate short-paid invoices
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain a positive work environment and a culture of respect
Perform other duties as assigned
