• AM Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• PM Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend : Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Sparta Networking is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in the travel and hospitality industry. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering paid training, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with travel-related inquiries
• Help customers with reservations, scheduling, and account questions
• Provide accurate information and professional customer support
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines
• Document customer interactions and update records as needed
• Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
• Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years of age

No previous travel or hospitality experience is required. Paid training will be provided.

Available Schedules

• AM Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• PM Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend Shift: Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
