Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Max Motors Dealerships as a customer service representative. In this capacity, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicles, services, and dealership policies.
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with various dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Provide informative responses regarding vehicle features, financing options, and service schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Valid Driver's License
