    Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our Parking Office. We are looking for a highly organized, communicative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at delivering a top-tier customer experience.

    • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent). A Two-year degree in liberal arts or a communication field is highly valued.
    • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales setting.
    • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales management software.
    • Pace & Focus: Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment with frequent interruptions.
    • Soft Skills: Superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.

    Previous experience with Parking Permit Sales.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Process Sales: Execute parking permit sales transactions efficiently, including end-of-day review and financial reconciliation.
    • Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally via phone and email.
    • Software Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on customer service and troubleshooting assistance for our permit sales software.
    • Problem Resolution: Communicate with internal departments and external customers to research and resolve complex issues.
    • Identify Trends: Track recurring issues in calls and email correspondence, reporting findings to the Supervisor to help improve processes.
