If you're a clear, empathetic communicator who enjoys a fast-paced setting and helping others, we'd love to have you on our team! No previous experience needed as we provide fully paid training starting on day one to set you up for success.Key Responsibilities:Provide warm, professional, and empathetic assistance to callers in a high-volume environment. Gather, verify, and route caller information accurately to the appropriate clients.Enter caller details into our software quickly and with strong attention to detail. Consistently hit core performance goals, including schedule adherence, average handling times, and quality assurance standards. Qualifications:Friendly, polished, and articulate phone presentation.Excellent verbal and written English commutation (including proper grammar and spelling).Basic computer literacy in a Windows environment.Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM. Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to quality service. Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and assigned holidays.
