The HT Group has an IT Services client in Rochester, MN looking for a Customer Service Representative who is organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
Create, prioritize, and manage service tickets within the company's ticketing system.
Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch field staff based on customer needs and service priority.
Maintain accurate customer records, perform data entry, and support administrative workflows.
Assist with procurement activities, vendor coordination, and preparing customer quotes for products and services.

Requirements:

Previous customer service, dispatching, administrative, or help desk experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn CRM and ticketing systems.
Experience in an IT, MSP, or technology environment is a plus.
