Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Cary, NC 27513 (Onsite > Hybrid)
Duration: 03 – 06 months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Training Schedule (8–12 Weeks):
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Regular Schedule:
11:30 AM – 08:00 PM

• Answer incoming customer calls and help with general questions about prescriptions, payments, and account information.
• Make and receive calls to schedule medication deliveries and payments.\
• Make sure customer information is accurate and up to date.
• Help customers with prescription refills, delivery status, insurance information, and invoices.
• Answer customer questions and transfer them to pharmacists or nurses when needed.
• Send customer concerns or questions to the right team for quick resolution.
• Add clear notes to customer records so other team members can easily understand the situation.
• Report any medication side effects or product complaints to the appropriate clinical staff.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
