Customer Service Representative 

Location: Canton, MI (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17–$19/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 8-hour shift

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment. You’ll help ensure deliveries stay on track, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate changes while providing a consistently positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including:
  • MS Project
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of related customer service experience
• Previous call center experience
• Experience in delivery, transportation, logistics, or route operations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience
