Responsibilities
Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and mail and ensure timely delivery
Arrange and expedite product shipments and provide order status updates
Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and plant personnel to resolve issues
Respond to customer inquiries and handle concerns in a professional manner
Coordinate returns, credits, debits, and related documentation
Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing, payment, and invoice issues
Promote customer satisfaction by following established policies and procedures
Support sales initiatives and encourage use of system-based ordering
Communicate customer issues to management as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, order entry systems, and email
Ability to handle difficult customers and stressful situations professionally
SAP experience a plus
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
