Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service that meets or exceeds the high standards set by these marketplaces. This role is absolutely critical to ensuring a seamless, efficient, and highly satisfactory experience for our valued customers. You'll help maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring orders, quotes, questions, and day-to-day needs are handled accurately and efficiently.Primary responsibilities include:Utilize provided reports to enhance inside salesMaintain and nurture an established customer base through regular outreach via calls and emails, ensuring consistent communication and support.Handle order entry and preparation of quotes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing of customer requests.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions that uphold our commitment to excellent service.Perform various administrative dutiesWork hand in hand with the Outside Sales force.Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
