Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Coordinate service requests, returns, repairs, and product support activities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Partner with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure projects and service requests are completed on time.
Provide proactive updates to customers and help resolve questions related to service status, documentation, and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with teams across operations, shipping, quality, and accounting to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to process improvements and help drive operational efficiency within the customer support function.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2+ years of customer service, client support, or service operations experience
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with CRM systems and business software platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of international shipping, logistics, or import/export processes is highly desirable
